Auspork is a major supplier of pork carcasses to butcher and supermarket customers throughout Melbourne, regional Victoria and Sydney. Our pigs are sourced from our suppliers’ farms in South Australia and Victoria. Our pigs are processed at the Big River Abattoir in Murray Bridge, South Australia (of which Auspork is a part owner) and at the Diamond Valley Pork Abattoir in Melbourne. Both of these abattoirs are modern, export accredited facilities, and are operated to the very highest hygiene and AQIS standards. We are able to offer a range of pork (insert space) carcass specifications delivered fresh daily to our customers.
Boned and Rolled Pork
Auspork operates a modern boning room at our Derrimut facility where we break and bone pork carcasses into a range of bone-in and boneless products for our customers. This means that we are able to provide a full service, one-stop-shop to meet all of our customers’ wholesale pork needs. We offer these products in a range of formats including fresh packed, rolled and strung, and vacuum-packed.
Through our affiliation with the Big River Pork abattoir, we are able of provide our customers with a range of pork offal including hearts, livers, ears and maws (stomachs). This offal is packed fresh daily and is delivered to most of our customers on a next-day basis.
Auspork has a long history of exporting carcasses and offal. Our main export market is Singapore where we deliver fresh pork by air on a weekly basis.
